The only personal information that is collected by The Company from a member of the public is that person's name, phone number, postal address, email address and in certain circumstances credit card details.

Personal information collected by The Company is used only for the purpose it is provided, namely for handling your enquiry or order, mailing out (to those who have requested so, not opted out of or provided their personal information for that purpose) details concerned with the Company or the Company's offers.

Our contact forms include the possibility to opt out of any future mailings not concerned with the necessary completion of answering your request or processing your enquiry. You can also opt out of any future mailings at any time after completing a contact form by contacting our head office using one of the methods displayed on one our website.

Access and correction

The Company provides access during normal office hours to the personal information it collects. An individual can access information about themselves (and no one else) by contacting The Company. Proof of identification (either a current driver's licence or current passport) must be supplied when accessing the information.

On request The Company will advise an individual of the information it holds about them (name, telephone number(s), postal address and email address), how this is collected, the purpose it is used for and how this information is disclosed. Upon accessing personal information an individual may correct any information held by The Company about them that is incorrect.

The personal information collected by The Company is stored electronically on The Company's own software systems. This electronic information is kept secure at all times. All personal information is kept up to date where reasonably possible.

Complaints procedure

The Company prides itself on maintaining privacy procedures to the highest of standards. Any complaints relating to The Company's personal information handling practices are dealt with by it's directors. Complaints may be dealt with by communicating directly with The Company either by telephone, letter or email.

Every complaint will be dealt with expeditiously and where reasonably practicable to the satisfaction of the person making the complaint.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we, are a data controller. In order to process your order, we need to collect certain personal details from you. These details may include, where applicable, the names and addresses of party members, credit/debit card or other payment details, and special requirements (including some sensitive data, as defined by the Act), such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect the chosen holiday arrangements and any dietary restrictions which may disclose your religious beliefs. You are generally entitled to ask us (by letter or e-mail) what details of yours are being held or processed, for what purpose and to whom they may be or have been disclosed. We will charge a fee to respond to such a request and will also require proof of identity. We promise to respond to your request within 30 days of receiving your written request and fee.
